Insulating Terminal Boot (4 mfd)

Insulating terminal "boot" covers terminals on 4uF capacitors used in many large frame chargers to help protect against accidental contact with high voltage terminals.

Chargers did not originally come with a protective boot in place, but note that the capacitor runs at ~600 volts when the charger is operating.
